Having had the privilege of training under a leading program for my board certification, I transitioned to coaching from a unique role as an MC/Tour Manager for top DJs for over fifteen years. I specialize in mindset, habits, and behaviors, understanding that stress, anxiety, diet, nutrition, and assorted symptoms of daily life, are particularly challenging for individuals navigating busy schedules.
